Most orders arriveĀ within 15 business daysĀ of the shipping date, however, it can take up toĀ 40 businessĀ days for orders to arrive. If you do not receive your order inĀ 40 businessĀ days please don't hesitate to contact us.

Our 30 day money back guarantee protects you for an entire 30 days from the day you receive your items! This means you can return them for a refund or replacement.
Q: What is your return policy?
If you receive an item and you changed your mind or you simply donāt like it then you can contact us and we will process a return for you.
Q: I only received one item, where is the rest of my order?
There is nothing to worry about, the rest of your order is on the way! We ship every item individually so that even if some items arenāt available it wonāt hold up the entire order and you will receive every item as fast as possible.
Q: I entered the wrong address, how can I get this fixed?

Q: I donāt want my order, how do I cancel it?
Just like if you were to enter the wrong address for your order please send an email ASAP toĀ hello@facemaskandchill.co.ukĀ so we can cancel your order for you. Please make the subject of the email [CANCELLATION] so that we can spot the enquiry and prioritize it.
Q: Will Christmas affect shipping times?
Due to the high amount of shipments that are sent and delivered in this season, orders can be expected to arrive up to 10 business days later than expected. This means that all orders made in November and December can take up to 35 business days to arrive. This also has an effect on our refund policy, if orders do not arrive within 45 business days since the shipping date then please enquire for a refund or replacement.
